We are a busy family navigating an exciting transition as we split our time between two homes, with Dallas becoming our primary base over time. Both parents have demanding careers, and with young children at home, we are looking for thoughtful support that helps our household feel calm, organized, and ready no matter what season of life we are in.
As we continue settling into our home and building the long-term systems and support team around us, we are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in creating order and making a home run smoothly. The goal is to reduce the daily mental load, create sustainable systems, and give us more time and energy to focus on our family and careers.
We appreciate someone who naturally notices what needs attention, takes ownership, and understands the rhythm of a well-run home. This may look like maintaining clear surfaces, keeping household systems organized, preparing the home before and after travel, managing the small details that are easy to overlook, and helping transitions between homes feel seamless.
We are looking for a long-term partner who will grow with our family and become someone we trust deeply in our home. The right person will be comfortable working independently, communicating proactively through digital tools like text and photos, and treating our home with the same care and attention they would bring to their own.
You are an experienced household professional who understands what it takes to keep a home running smoothly. You naturally notice what needs attention, create practical systems that work, and take pride in maintaining an organized, welcoming environment. You are comfortable balancing daily household routines with larger projects, from keeping spaces reset and organized to coordinating vendors, managing supplies, and helping the home feel prepared for whatever comes next.
You are proactive, resourceful, and confident working independently. You do not need a detailed task list to stay productive; instead, you use good judgment, prioritize what matters most, and follow through. When something falls outside your expertise, you know how to find the right solution, whether that means coordinating with a vendor, researching options, or bringing in additional support.
You are organized by nature and appreciate thoughtful systems, but you are also flexible and collaborative. You understand that every household has its own rhythms and preferences, and you enjoy learning how a home operates while bringing your own expertise and ideas to make things run more efficiently.
You communicate clearly and comfortably through digital tools, including sending updates, sharing photos, and keeping the household informed. You are friendly and approachable while also respecting that focus and discretion matter in a professional home environment.
Most importantly, you are looking for a long-term opportunity where you can become a trusted partner in the household. Experience with private families, household management, organization, or family support is a strong plus, and comfort providing occasional light childcare support is welcome.
Please note: Spanish language proficiency is a plus, as the family would love to continue supporting their children’s conversational Spanish skills, but it is not a requirement for the position.
