Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Create monthly, weekly, and daily nursing schedules in collaboration with Nurse Leadership using OnShift.
- →Prepare and post daily staff assignments in accordance with Center policy and state and federal requirements.
- →Coordinate staff time-off requests and assist with coverage for staff absences.
- →Assist Nursing Leadership with recruiting and onboarding nursing staff.
- →Maintain current nursing open positions and staffing templates.
- →Work with Nurse Managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels based on resident needs.
- →Audit and restock nursing supplies as needed.
- →Provide resident support within the scope of CNA certification and assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
~1 min read- CNA certification required.
- Previous long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Experience with OnShift or similar scheduling software preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
