Senior Facility Manager – Integrated Facility Management (IFM)

Đồng thời đóng vai trò đầu mối chuyên môn IFM tại Văn phòng Chính, đảm bảo tính nhất quán trong vận hành, sự xuất sắc trong hoạt động, quản trị kỹ thuật và khả năng cạnh tranh thương mại trên toàn bộ danh mục dự án / Responsible for leading and governing Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services across multiple client accounts, including corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, industrial parks, warehouses, logistics centers, research facilities, and other commercial properties managed by Savills. This position serves as the Head Office functional lead for IFM operations, ensuring service consistency, operational excellence, technical governance, and commercial competitiveness throughout the portfolio.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật, Quản lý Cơ sở Vật chất, Quản lý Bất động sản, Kỹ thuật Cơ khí, Kỹ thuật Điện hoặc các ngành liên quan. / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Property Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Tối thiểu 8 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Quản lý Cơ sở Vật chất hoặc Quản lý Cơ sở Vật chất Tích hợp. / Minimum 8 years of experience in Facility Management (FM) or Integrated Facility Management (IFM).
• Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý hoạt động IFM đa địa điểm. / At least 5 years of experience leading multi-site IFM operations.
• Chứng chỉ ưu tiên / Preferred certifications: FMP (Facility Management Professional), SFP (Sustainability Facility Professional), CFM (Certified Facility Manager), NEBOSH / IOSHPMP (Preferred) / PMP (Preferred), ISO 41001 Knowledge, LEED Green Associate (ưu tiên) / LEED Green Associate (Preferred).LEED BD+C or LEED O+M (preferred)
• Am hiểu sâu sắc về vận hành văn phòng thương mại, cơ sở sản xuất, công trình công nghiệp và kho vận. / Strong knowledge of commercial office buildings, manufacturing facilities, industrial properties, warehouses, and logistics operations.
• Có kinh nghiệm huy động nguồn lực, tiếp nhận và triển khai các hợp đồng IFM. / Experience in IFM contract mobilization and transition management.
• Có kinh nghiệm trong công tác đấu thầu và phát triển giải pháp dịch vụ. / Experience in tender management and facility management solution development.
• Có tư duy thương mại tốt và năng lực quản lý tài chính vững vàng. / Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo và quản lý các bên liên quan xuất sắc. / Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Có kỹ năng giao tiếp hiệu quả bằng tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh. / Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
