Responsibilities
~2 min readBecome part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
- →Work closely with senior leadership and the HR, Production and Commercial Teams to identify company and team needs, define strategy, develop action plans, identify deliverables, present results, measure outcomes and provide recommendations.
- →Leverage data and insights to assess and drive action in developing and implementing both reactive and proactive labor relations strategies and plans in close collaboration with organizational leadership.
- →Serve as a key advisor to the HR Team and senior management on all aspects of labor relations matters.
- →Provide labor relations expertise on operational projects and programs and consult on internal and external processes regarding labor relations.
- →Conduct company and team-wide training sessions to educate employees and management on labor relations matters, including compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
- →Develop, maintain and advise management on labor relations policies and practices.
- →Work closely with the Legal, HR and Compliance Teams on both proactive and reactive measures with respect to compliance issues.
- →Identify risks through market assessments and provide recommendations on labor relations strategy, policies and procedures to senior management and relevant team leaders.
- →Work closely with Community Affairs and the HR Team to monitor labor relations activities and trends in the industry and make recommendations to senior management.
- →Ensure that all critical labor relations matters are reported efficiently and effectively, while ensuring that work is delivered on time with the highest quality.
- →Partner with the Chief Labor and Employment Counsel to mitigate risks and manage employment-related litigation strategies.
