Responsibilities

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

→Training of the Body shop Team Members/Team Leaders/Supervisors/Specialists/Technicians/ occasionally
management
→Developing generic Lean training and training for fundamental skills needed in a body shop.
→Serve as Lead Trainer for Fundamental Skills modules for the Body shop department.
→Developing training for process and quality improvement.
→Identifies annual training needs and training gaps in the department and throughout organization
→Planning and facilitation of the training, qualification, recording of documentation including retention of records
using both the LMS and/or other tracking systems. Ent to end responsibility for training.
→Negotiate with Department management, develop and announce training schedule.
→Issues certification of competence for the position for body shop Trainees.
→Investigate equipment requirements and develop proposal for budget planning.
→Develop Training curriculum and Introduce training data into a learning management system.
→Collect and evaluation of data, analyze data and develop dashboards
→Conduct performance gap analysis/problem solving to determine the root cause of defects.
→Support teams in problem solving activities.
→Participate in CIP workshops to meet and exceed company goals and objectives.
→Develop Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and AI training.
