Three (3)+ years of experience in a high transaction, retail banking environment.
One (1)+ year of experience in a team setting, coaching or leading others.
Comprehensive knowledge of the state and federal regulations such as Reg. B, Reg. E, Reg. D, Reg. CC, Reg. Z, and the Bank Secrecy Act.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Progressive thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in using banking software and digital tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Experience within a Credit Union.
One (1)+ year as a people manager.
Fluent in Spanish.
Notary Certificate.
ITIN Certified.
Medallion Certified.
