Technician Level I

As a Technician Level 1, you actively participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs to enhance your technical knowledge and proficiency. This may include attending workshops, seminars, and manufacturer training sessions to stay updated on the latest products and technologies. You work under the guidance of senior technicians or supervisors, learning how to diagnose and resolve issues related to fire alarm and security systems. This includes troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, identifying wiring problems, and conducting system tests to ensure optimal performance.
