Security Site Manager

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee daily security operations at a dynamic corporate environment in Richardson, TX. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who is comfortable using technology, conducting extensive walking patrols, and ensuring all site procedures and security protocols are followed.

• →Oversee daily site security operations and ensure contract requirements are met.
• →Supervise and support security personnel, providing direction and guidance as needed.
• →Conduct routine walking patrols throughout the property and surrounding areas.
• →Monitor security systems, incident reporting platforms, and other technology-based tools.
• →Maintain accurate documentation, reports, logs, and operational records.
• →Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and unusual activities.
• →Serve as the primary point of contact for site leadership and security staff.
• →Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• →Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.
• →Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate actions when necessary.
• →Identify operational concerns and recommend process improvements.

• Previous security experience required.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize security software, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
