This role requires 2 weeks of paid, in person training, in a full time capacity before starting the shift applied to. Training will be Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm

Requirements:

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

 

• →Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or airport personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport grounds, terminals, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor for security-related concerns, hazardous conditions, and/or policy violations, and promptly communicate observations to appropriate airport personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
• →Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain professional interactions with the public, transportation partners, and government personnel.

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
