As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a government transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors with professionalism and clear communication. You will support a welcoming environment through routine observations, reporting, and customer service. Requirements: 

• Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 18+ years of age

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently

• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office

• →Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an airport location.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, access points, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established airport and site-specific protocols.
• →Monitor access to restricted or controlled areas, verify credentials as required, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• →Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site procedures.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
