As an Access Control Officer at a retail location, you will help maintain a welcoming environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access, and assisting customers, visitors, and team members. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, and communicate professionally while using computer or tablet systems as needed. • →Provide customer service to store personnel, shoppers, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• →Monitor access points, verify authorization for entry as required, and maintain visitor and delivery records in accordance with site procedures.
• →Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned retail areas, entrances, receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• →Document observations, incidents, and completed duties accurately, and promptly communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
