As an unarmed Security Officer at a residential care location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with residents, visitors, and staff while supporting a welcoming environment. • →Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• →Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including appropriate emergency response activities.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor entry in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• →Communicate observations, concerns, and incident information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership in a timely manner.

• Experience with access control and badges is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
