Senior Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who is motivated to help build from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape how we attract, engage, evaluate, and hire world-class, mission-driven AI talent in one of the most competitive markets today. You will spend most of your time recruiting across AI, software engineering, embedded systems, product engineering/design, and DevOps.

In a market where the best candidates aren't actively looking, the traditional playbook isn't enough. We want someone who brings fresh ideas to every stage of the process, from finding talent in unexpected places to crafting outreach that stands out to designing evaluation approaches that identify great people quickly and fairly.

You'll have real autonomy to partner directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders, while operating as part of a cohesive, collaborative Talent team. You'll also work cross-functionally with business support functions, including People Ops, HR Business Partners, Security, Finance, and IT, to ensure every hire is seamless from first touch to first day and beyond.
