We re building a presale + meme coin launchpad platform and looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong full stack background (React + Nest.js) to join our core team full-time. This role is much more than task tracking — you ll be shaping the product, leading the dev workflow, reviewing code, and ensuring flawless Web3 launches. If you re someone who thrives in fast-moving startups, understands both code and coordination, and wants to help scale one of the most exciting niches in Web3, this is for you. 🔥 What You ll Do - Own the roadmap & launches — plan, prioritize, and deliver new features. Code review & quality -  enforce best practices, review pull requests, and ensure maintainable, scalable code. Architecture guidance - help shape backend/frontend decisions (React + Nest.js) and ensure smooth smart contract integrations. Team coordination -  align developers, designers, and marketing for on-time launches. Bug triage & QA -  oversee testing, security checks, and ensure stable deployments.
