Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Senior Doc, part of Brigade Health & Affiliates, is seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide behavioral health care to older adults throughout the Boise Metro area.

• →Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
• →Provide medication management and treatment planning
• →Support patients experiencing depression, anxiety, psychosis, mood disorders, and dementia-related behavioral challenges
• →Partner with caregivers, families, and facility staff to improve patient outcomes
• →Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active Idaho NP license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in psychiatry, geriatrics, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, or community-based care preferred
• Passion for caring for older adults and supporting families through complex behavioral health challenges
• Strong clinical judgment and relationship-building skills
