Data Center Technician Supervisor (Relocation Assistance/Sign-on Bonus Available)

Serve as the senior technical resource during assigned shifts
Monitor and manage electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems
Lead response to alarms, events, and abnormal conditions
Conduct detailed facility walkthroughs and validate system performance
Lead shift turnovers and status communications
Operate and maintain UPS, generators, switchgear, ATS/STS, PDUs, and RPPs
Operate and support chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, and valves
Execute system switching, load transfers, and isolations per approved procedures
Identify system deficiencies and single points of failure
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Review, validate, and execute MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs
Participate in change management and risk assessments
Oversee vendor activities and verify post-maintenance restoration
Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
Enforce LOTO, electrical safety, arc-flash, and PPE requirements
Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain and review operational logs and maintenance records
Contribute to procedures and technical documentation
Training, Mentorship & Development
Mentor junior technicians and new hires
Support qualification programs and skill assessments
Enforce LOTO, electrical safety, arc-flash, and PPE requirements
Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis

Hands-on MEP experience

High school diploma or equivalent
-
5+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations

Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

Ability to read one-line diagrams and OEM documentation

Data Center specific experience

Associate or bachelor’s degree in technical field
-
Industry or OEM certifications
-
Experience with BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and CMMS platforms
-
Prior leadership or acting-lead experience

Safety and risk management mindset

Strong technical judgment and leadership presence

Clear communication and accountability
