[PUB-CSD] Engineer/Executive Engineer, Building Plan Division, CSD

• →Review and process submissions made by Qualified Persons (QPs) / Licensed Plumbers (LPs) for sanitary, sewerage, drainage and water service installation works in accordance with PUB’s Code of Practice and relevant Singapore Standards;
• →Collaborate with PUB departments and other agencies for review of submissions;
• →Provide public consultations to QPs / LPs / inter-agency groups to clarify on PUB’s requirements for submissions;
• →Conduct briefings to the industry to educate them on building plan submission requirements, policies and regulatory requirements;
• →Review work processes to achieve better regulatory outcomes and compliance checking; and
• →Address public’s enquiries and feedback (e.g. telephone/ email) in relation to plan submissions.

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental)
• Good analytical, writing and interpersonal communication skills
  Meticulous and attentive to details
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Preferably with knowledge in computer application software such as Building Information
• Modelling (BIM) and/or DWG software (e.g. Autodesk Design Review, Autodesk DWG TrueView, Bentley View)

Successful candidates will be appointed on a 2-year contract in the first instance. Thereafter, contract renewal, extension or emplacement is subject to officer performance, availability of posts and organisational priorities.
