Professional Services Implementation Engineer

The Professional Services Implementation Engineer (Hybrid – LI) will report to the Director of Professional Services.

The Professional Services Implementation Engineer (Hybrid) is a senior technical resource responsible for executing and delivering a broad range of client-facing implementation projects. 

This role combines advanced technical expertise with strong project execution, communication, and documentation skills. The successful candidate will lead and participate in projects involving Microsoft 365 migrations, Entra ID and Intune deployments, Conditional Access implementations, Microsoft Autopilot configuration, office relocations, network infrastructure deployments, and new client onboarding initiatives. 

The engineer is expected to work independently while collaborating closely with Project Managers, Technical Account Managers, client stakeholders, vendors, and internal technical teams. This role requires a high level of ownership, professionalism, and the ability to navigate complex technical environments while ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with scope, timelines, and established best practices.
