Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep expertise in the Firm's AI technologies, including Harvey, Legora and other platforms, and serve as an internal resource for attorney questions, support and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver firmwide, practice-group, small-group and one-on-one training, demonstrations and guidance on integrating AI into day-to-day legal work.
  • Partner with attorneys and practice groups to identify recurring processes, inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and develop, test, implement, document and refine repeatable AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with generative AI and related technology, with the ability to quickly learn and develop expertise in new AI and legal technology platforms.
