Significance is seeking a Navy Pacific ERP - Fianancial Management SME to join our growing team supporting Navy Pacific in O‘ahu, Hawaii. This is a hybrid position based in O‘ahu; however, daily onsite work is not required. Candidates must possess an active Secret clearance, although an Interim Secret clearance will also be accepted.

 

Significance is seeking a senior-level Navy ERP FM Specialist to support an ongoing Navy ERP implementation and sustainment effort. The specialist will provide deep functional expertise in Navy ERP financial modules. 

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial management experience, advanced understanding of Navy ERP processes, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various Navy organizations. This role supports enterprise-level modernization efforts to fully implement Navy ERP as the authoritative system of record for the Department of the Navy.

            - Minimum 6+ years of full-time experience (excluding internships) providing financial or business systems support to DoD agencies or Fortune 500 companies.
            - Active or eligible U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
            - Advanced knowledge of Navy ERP/SAP financial modules, especially FI, FM, MM, and SD, with a strong preference for General Funds expertise.
            - Experience executing month-end and year-end close processes within a business office or comptroller environment.
            - Hands-on experience reconciling ERP data with external systems such as DCPS, SLDCADA, DCAS, DDRS, and others.
            - Background in forensic accounting of ERP financial data for General Fund and Working Capital Fund activities (Inventory, MILSTRIP, UMTs, IDOCs, PRs, POs, GL, Disbursements, Collections, etc.).
            - Knowledge of entitlements (internal/external), general ledger operations, DDEF analysis, FMBB, DTS, and EDA.
            - Ability to support and train end users on month-end/year-end close processes, command deliverables, schedules, and ERP procedures.  Experience training users (on-site or virtual) and developing Navy ERP desk guides.
