• →Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
• →Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products
• →Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• →Perform system startups, testing, commissioning, and quality checks
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• →Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• →Train and mentor Install Helpers and Install Seconds
• →Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately
• →Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment

• Residential HVAC installation experience
• Previous Lead Installer experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and local codes
• Leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor others
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
