As an HVAC Installer, you’ll work alongside skilled professionals to install residential heating and cooling systems safely, efficiently, and according to our high standards. Responsibilities

  • Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-split systems, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment.
  • Remove and properly dispose of existing HVAC equipment.
  • Complete ductwork modifications, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, venting, gas piping, wiring, and related system connections.
  • Assist with equipment startup, testing, charging, airflow verification, and commissioning.
  • Review job documentation, equipment specifications, and installation requirements before beginning work.
  • Identify and communicate equipment, material, or jobsite concerns promptly.
  • Follow manufacturer instructions, applicable codes, safety requirements, and company installation standards.
  • Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
  • Explain basic equipment operation and maintenance information to homeowners.
  • Complete required job documentation, equipment records, and photos using company software.
  • Maintain assigned tools, equipment, materials, and vehicle inventory.
  • Participate in ongoing technical, product, safety, and customer service training.
  • Previous residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, ductwork, refrigeration, venting, and related components.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and code compliance.
  • Professional appearance and respect for customers and their homes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and work ethic.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments efficiently.
  • Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and field service software.
  • EPA certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift equipment and materials and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
