• →Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including a/c systems, gas and oil furnaces, boilers, zoning systems, and hydronic heating systems.
• →Perform annual maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.
• →Participate in the on-call rotation schedule for emergency service requests.
• →Deliver superior customer service experience.
• →Work efficiently and safely while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
• →Adapt to changing work schedules and assignments based on company needs.
• →Travel to job locations, lifting up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service technician experience.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
