Partnership and Outreach Coordinator

The Partnership & Community Outreach Coordinator serves as the relationship-building engine of the Outreach Department and is responsible for developing, strengthening, and maintaining relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, social service agencies, and other referral partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of experience in marketing or outreach
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify potential referral sources.
• Develop strategies for engaging both high-potential and previously inactive referral sources.
• Identify gaps in the current referral network and opportunities for expansion
• Conduct professional outreach calls, emails, and other approved communications to prospective referral sources.
• Communicate the organization's value proposition clearly and professionally.
• Track outreach attempts, responses, meetings, and outcomes.
• Follow up consistently with prospective partners to move relationships toward active referral partnerships.
• Schedule and participate in meetings with prospective and existing community partners.
• Document outcomes of meetings and outreach efforts.
