Architectural Site Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Architectural Site Supervisor in Saudi Arabia. Our client is seeking skilled, motivated professionals capable of supervising architectural and finishing activities at construction sites. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day architectural and finishing activities at construction sites. Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, layouts, and approved shop drawings. Coordinate site activities with engineers, subcontractors, technicians, and other construction teams. Monitor masonry, plastering, flooring, ceilings, painting, joinery, cladding, and related finishing works. Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Monitor site progress and report delays, technical issues, material requirements, and work status. Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage and rework. Maintain site records and support compliance with applicable safety and construction procedures. Required Skills Architectural Drawing Interpretation — Ability to understand plans, elevations, sections, details, and site drawings. Site Supervision — Ability to monitor construction and architectural finishing activities effectively. Quality Inspection — Ability to identify workmanship issues and verify work against approved specifications. Construction Coordination — Ability to coordinate architectural works with civil and MEP activities. Finishing Works Knowledge — Practical understanding of flooring, ceilings, painting, plastering, joinery, cladding, and related works. Preferred Skills AutoCAD and drawing-review capability.
