Civil Site Engineer / Scaffolding Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Civil Site Engineer / Scaffolding Supervisor in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily execution of civil construction activities according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Supervise erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures. Ensure scaffolding activities comply with Saudi safety regulations and engineering practices. Direct laborers, foremen, and technicians to maintain site productivity and discipline. Conduct regular inspections for quality, HSE, fall protection, and permit-to-work compliance. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors on site activities. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and monitor material consumption. Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution and workforce-related issues. Required Skills Civil Site Supervision — manage daily civil works and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. Scaffolding Supervision — inspect and supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling. HSE Compliance — enforce safety procedures, fall protection, and permit-to-work requirements. Labor Management — coordinate laborers, foremen, and technicians. Quality Control — conduct site inspections and maintain construction quality standards. Preferred Skills Experience with Saudi construction safety regulations. Experience coordinating with consultants and subcontractors. Strong site reporting and material-monitoring capabilities.
