Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Civil

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Civil in Oman. We are seeking skilled and experienced professionals with strong quantity surveying expertise across hospital, commercial, and residential construction projects. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil construction projects. Prepare, verify, and submit interim payment applications (IPAs) based on completed works. Administer and review contractual documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate variations, claims, additional works, and associated commercial implications. Prepare and reconcile final accounts in accordance with contractual requirements. Perform accurate quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and site records. Maintain detailed commercial and cost documentation for hospital, commercial, and residential projects. Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams on quantity and contractual matters. Required Skills Quantity Surveying: Strong capability in measurement, quantity take-offs, valuation, and commercial control. BOQ Preparation: Expertise in preparing and reviewing detailed Bills of Quantities. Contracts: Practical knowledge of construction contracts and contractual documentation. IPAs & Final Accounts: Experience preparing interim payment applications and project final accounts. Variations & Claims: Strong experience evaluating and preparing variations and construction claims. Preferred Skills GCC construction project exposure. Experience across hospital, commercial, and residential projects. Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in civil measurements. Work Experience Requirements Candidates must have 8–10 years of total experience, including GCC experience. Relevant experience should include quantity surveying and commercial functions for hospital, commercial, or residential civil construction projects.
