We're hiring a Software Engineer to join our E-commerce Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of our innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) products. This isn't a typical frontend role: we're looking for someone who's already adapted to building software in the AI era — who thinks in systems, moves comfortably across the stack, and treats AI tools as part of the craft, not a shortcut around it.
How you think, how fast you iterate, and how fearlessly you push past "good enough" matter more to us than years logged or job titles. You'll join a team with strong engineering proficiency that spends its time on problems that actually matter and shares a real passion for building products from the ground up, regardless of stack.
- Experience in building reusable, scalable front-end architecture with a clear eye on how that translates into a better customer experience;
- A genuine feel for UI/UX — instinct for what makes an interface work, not just checklist familiarity;
- A demonstrated AI-leveraged mindset — you weave AI tools into your daily development flow, paired with the critical eye to not just judge correctness but optimize for it;
- Ability to break down complex problems and implement practical solutions;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or the equivalent gained through hands-on experience, open-source work, or a technical write-up sharp enough to speak for itself.
- If AI is an output multiplier for you;
- If you are even more passionate about your work than ever before;
- If you bring a team-first mindset and care more about solving the problem than proving you’re right;
- If you get excited at the prospect of shipping tech products that push the web forward.
- Competitive remuneration and a performance-based bonus system;
- Shorter workday on Fridays – we finish at 3:00 PM;
- 5 bonus paid days at 5 years of service, plus one more each year after — up to 10;
- Three modern and cozy office locations across Bulgaria, designed for focus, creativity, and collaboration, plus flexible work options;
- Free breakfast and lunch in our HQ restaurant, or provided by our trusted catering partners in the rest of our offices;
- Free parking and a metro shuttle for convenient commuting;
- Fully equipped in-office gym with professional coaches;
- Sports activities and group classes (yoga, HIIT, table tennis, dancing, and more) - pick whatever gets you moving;
- Multisport or Coolfit cards fully covered by the company to support an active lifestyle;
- Premium additional health insurance coverage and annual medical check-ups;
- Free massages to help you unwind;
- Opportunities for professional development through trainings and conferences;
- Company-backed volunteering, with 2 extra paid days off to support the causes you care about;
- Memorable team events, internal gatherings, and company festivals;
- A strong knowledge-sharing culture through regular meetups and internal conferences;
- We remember milestones — anniversary and company gifts and surprises along the way.
