Sr. Manager, Business Applications (SAP)

• →Oversee the management and support of Production business applications, including system modifications and maintenance.
• →Facilitate application support, development, and deployment initiatives.
• →Enhance business relationships and application performance while identifying and delivering both new and existing application services to address the evolving needs of business users.
• →Build, manage, and deliver a comprehensive portfolio of technology programs and projects aimed at improving business process capabilities.
• →Develop and manage an Applications plan in collaboration with senior management to align with business objectives.
• →Direct and evaluate feasibility studies, project scoping, and planning for business application projects.
• →Define, plan, and oversee the execution of a wide range of technical projects, effectively balancing the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risk.
• →Establish priorities and schedules for business application projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in requirements gathering & documentation, design, testing, implementation, and support of SAP FI/CO/MM/SD/HR.
• Demonstrated technical expertise acquired through SAP configurations, customizations, system administration, and interface management.
• Essential knowledge of ERP project management processes.
• Proficient understanding of supply chain solutions and other capabilities facilitated by SAP or other ERP systems.
• Extensive knowledge of IT Applications and Technology.
• Strong experience in order management systems, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and procedures to deliver effective solutions that meet business requirements.
• Exceptional ability in managing and monitoring business operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP (FI/CO, HR preferred).
• Bilingual candidates (English, Korean) are preferred.
