Property Management Specialist

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: U.S. Hours (Final schedule to be confirmed)
Salary: PHP 50,000/month

SmartScale360 is hiring a Property Management Specialist to support our growing U.S.-based property management clients by overseeing daily property operations, coordinating guest needs, and ensuring a smooth and high-quality guest experience.

If you have experience in property management, short-term rentals, vacation rentals, guest services, property operations, or hospitality coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

• →Manage short-term rental and vacation rental properties and daily property operations
• →Handle guest communication across Airbnb, Vrbo, direct bookings, email, phone, and messaging
• →Resolve guest concerns, complaints, and escalations while maintaining excellent customer service
• →Coordinate vendors, cleaners, maintenance teams, and property-related requests
• →Monitor property maintenance, supplies, inventory, and overall property standards
• →Maintain accurate Airbnb, Vrbo, and property listings
• →Process guest refunds and track property damage claims
• →Maintain SOPs, property records, reports, and operational documentation

• 1+ year of experience in Property Management, Property Operations, Short-Term Rentals, Vacation Rentals, Airbnb Management, Guest Services, or Hospitality
• Experience supporting U.S.-based property management or short-term rental operations
• Strong English communication, customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment
• Experience coordinating vendors, cleaners, maintenance, or service providers
• Familiarity with Guesty, Airbnb, Vrbo, or other Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred

• Property Management: Guesty, Airbnb, Vrbo, Guesty Locks, Guesty Accounting, or similar platforms
• Productivity: Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
• Communication: Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams

• Laptop/PC: Intel i5 (or equivalent) with at least 8GB RAM
• Internet: Stable 100 Mbps connection
• Backup: Secondary internet connection, device, and power source

• Work Schedule: To be confirmed by the client
• Availability: Must be available to work any day of the week
• Shift: Must be flexible to work U.S. business hours based on operational needs
