The Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining the company’s computer networks to ensure all systems are functioning properly and meeting business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • →Serves as on-site support responding to employee support requests via ticket, phone, email, and chat, and escalating complex issues as appropriate.
  • →Troubleshoots and resolves end-user issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications, including password resets, account access, and MFA support.
  • →Supports employee onboarding and offboarding, including user account provisioning/deprovisioning, device setup and imaging, and software installation.
  • →Assists with system administration for various company (on premises & cloud-based) systems, along with supporting SOX management (facilitation of audit evidence, role based permissions review, etc.)
  • →Installs, configures, and maintains the company’s computer systems.
  • →Maintains and improves workflows, procedures, and documentation, develops analytics that provide business insights.
  • →Works with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements.
  • →Maintains internal infrastructure requirements to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • →Performs routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups.
  • →Provides technical support, troubleshooting to identify root causes, and provides support and training as needed.
  • →Performs other related duties as assigned.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with or able to quickly learn systems and software used by and within the organization.

Requirements

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds or more at a time.

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in Systems Administration experience preferred.
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This position is required to be performed in the corporate office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers/scanners.

This is a full-time, exempt position and hours of work and days of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional work on Saturday’s and Sunday’s may also be required.

Limited travel may be required for the position.
