Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst analyzes operational performance of clinics and provides insights to help clinic operators improve business results. This role also manages clinic bonus programs and streamlines related workflows to improve turnaround time and strengthen reporting and analytics.   How you’ll make us better: Conduct operational analyses to generate insights and identify improvement opportunities within the clinics Partner with Operations and Field leadership to interpret performance drivers and prioritize actions Prepare, calculate, and analyze results for field incentive plans Design and implement improved processes and procedures for incentive plans Evaluate incentive plan effectiveness and quantify impact on overall business results This role requires use of approved AI tools to perform assigned tasks more efficiently and effectively   Your special skills:    Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to build relationships across multiple teams and translate operational data into strategic recommendations that drive efficiency and performance improvement Prerequisites for success: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field required Three (3) years of experience in an analyst position in Finance Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Strategy required; multi-site locations in the healthcare industry preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint Basic proficiency with Power BI or similar data analysis tools Strong data analysis and modeling skills   We saved the best for last.
