Retail Technician Supervisor - The Stache

As a Ski & Snowboard Shop Supervisor, you’ll help lead a team while ensuring guests receive friendly, knowledgeable service and properly maintained equipment. You’ll oversee daily shop operations, support staff, manage retail transactions and inventory, and work hands-on with skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings.

• →Supervise daily Ski & Snowboard Shop operations and staff.
• →Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating, and disciplining employees.
• →Provide exceptional guest service and respond positively to questions and comments.
• →Maintain and service ski and snowboard equipment, including tuning, mounting, and binding adjustments.
• →Test skis, snowboards, and bindings to ensure equipment is properly functioning and safe.
• →Assist guests with checking in and out rental equipment and ensure proper fit of skis, snowboards, boots, and poles.
• →Operate cash registers and credit card machines, process payments, and provide accurate change.
• →Maintain accurate sales, pricing, inventory, and operating records.
• →Reconcile cash and sales receipts and prepare daily transaction records.
• →Enter and maintain inventory, cost, and pricing information.
• →Monitor merchandise levels and order products or prepare requisitions as needed.
• →Ensure employees follow established security, sales, cash-handling, and recordkeeping procedures.
• →Implement and enforce departmental safety procedures and company policies.
• →Provide coaching and take appropriate corrective action when necessary.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming shop environment.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.
