We are seeking an Enterprise and Solution Architect to join our Pillar Architecture Strategy team. You will have a cross-functional role across central departments including Finance, Risks, Human Resources, Compliance, NFR, Communication, and Real Estate. Your main mission is to implement and adapt architecture principles within our Group's platforms, with a special focus on the Corporate Data Platform—the core asset of the Corporate Domain. You will act as the conductor balancing business needs with technological capabilities while ensuring cross-functional governance of data, applications, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

→Platform Strategy: Strategize and define platform standards and the Databricks transformation strategy for the Corporate Data Platform.
→Standardization: Ensure consistency across different factories and components of the data platform.
→Project Support: Onboard use cases and support projects transitioning to the new platform.
→Design Reviews: Participate in design reviews and validate solutions based on platform usage standards.
→Strategic Alignment: Support IT and Business Lines in developing Transformation Strategic Plans (TSP).
→Governance: Participate in governance bodies to ensure compliance with architectural decisions.
→Architecture Framework: Define architecture standards and artifact representations using the ARC framework.

Candidate shall be a bachelors / masters in Computer Science from a reputed institute with 12-18 years of experience

→Data Platforms: Excellent operational knowledge of modern data platforms and analytics solutions.
→Architecture Patterns: Mastery of application, data, and technical architecture patterns and methodologies.
→Data Standardization: Enforcement of strict data management and governance standards across platforms. Knowledge on Master Data Management (MDM)
→Modelling Techniques: Ability to model target and existing architectures clearly.
→Process Optimization: Proven capability to optimize processes and technical performance within an organization.
→Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with standard frameworks (TOGAF certification is highly preferred).
→Databricks Ecosystem: Deep operational knowledge of the Databricks platform and data management standards.
→Analytics Solutions: Expert knowledge of modern data analytics and processing tools.
→Application Integration: Advanced knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and communication standards.

BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS:

→Strategic Debate: Ability to lead strategic debates and positively influence executive management decisions.
→Communication: Strong capability to synthesize complex technical subjects for diverse stakeholder groups.
→Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is preferable.
→Collaboration: Comfortable working in a highly dynamic, cross-functional, and multicultural context.
