Proxy Product Owner HRGATE

As a Proxy Product Owner HR Gate, reporting to the HR Data Hub Product Owner, you will contribute to the governance, evolution, and continuous improvement of HR Gate and related HR data platforms. You will be responsible for coordinating business requirements, supporting product governance, interacting with IT delivery teams, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet business expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive Change and Run governance activities for the HR Gate application.
• Support the Product Owner and Product Manager in defining and maintaining the product roadmap.
• Contribute to translating strategic objectives into process and tool enhancements.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities, regulatory requirements, and technical implementation.

• Act as the primary interface between HR business stakeholders and IT Feature Teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders across HR and IT domains.
• Prepare presentation materials and meeting documentation, including workshop summaries and action plans.

• Contribute to PMT activities, including PMB and PI Planning deliverables.
• Prioritize and manage application backlogs in collaboration with IT teams from GCOO, CFT, PFX, and FDT.
• Monitor the implementation of developments and ensure they deliver expected business value.
• Validate that delivered functionalities meet functional and business requirements.

• Conduct impact assessments and participate in workshops related to the HR Cruise program.
• Support impact analysis and project activities linked to strategic transformation initiatives, including carve out or mergers.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts on HR processes and systems.
• Track progress and provide regular status reporting for major initiatives
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, and remediation actions.

• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and homologation activities for major HR Gate enhancements.
• Ensure solutions comply with business requirements and quality standards before deployment.
• Validate the operational readiness of new functionalities and process changes.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Project Manager, or Proxy Product Owner.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with IT delivery teams.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Experience with requirements gathering and functional analysis.
• Knowledge of HR systems, HR data management, or HRIS environments.
• Experience coordinating UAT/testing activities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HR data integration platforms or HR Data Hub environments is a plus.
