We are looking for a motivated IT professional with 2–6+ years of experience and a foundational understanding of IT Infrastructure Capacity Management, Asset Obsolescence Management, and Infrastructure Resiliency. The candidate will play a key role in monitoring infrastructure health, identifying risks, and preparing reports for higher management to support informed decision-making
- Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure Capacity Management and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle and obsolescence management concepts.
- Familiarity with IT Infrastructure Resiliency, availability, and business continuity principles.
- Ability to analyze risks and incidents related to infrastructure and correlate them with operational issues.
- Experience in preparing reports and presenting insights to higher management, with risk highlighting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and managing IT infrastructure capacity to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with business needs.
- Coordinate with various infrastructure teams to collect, consolidate, and analyze capacity reports on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Track and manage IT asset lifecycle and obsolescence risks, ensuring timely identification of outdated or unsupported infrastructure.
- Review and assess infrastructure resiliency, including availability, recovery readiness, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Analyze infrastructure-related incidents to identify links with capacity constraints, obsolescence issues, or resiliency gaps.
- Support identification of operational risks and highlight potential impacts to business continuity.
- Prepare structured reports and dashboards for higher management, clearly highlighting risks, gaps, and recommended actions.
- Ensure proper documentation quality, completeness, and freshness related to infrastructure and risk areas.
- Assist in tracking risk mitigation actions and remediation plans in coordination with stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to infrastructure stability and risk reduction.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or support roles with exposure to risk, capacity, or resiliency areas.
