AI Experience Designer

We’re looking for a human centric designer to design the way AI transformation changes businesses, organisations and work, and who knows that the hardest part isn't the technology.

As a part of our growing Disruptive AI team, you will help organisations navigate AI transformation by designing AI-powered services, reimagining business-critical workflows, and creating new models for human-AI collaboration.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business consultants, technical developers, AI specialists, and you'll often be the person who translates AI opportunities to make sense for the people who will actually work with the solutions.

We’re helping organisations reinvent value creation in the age of AI at a moment when almost no one has figured out how to do that well yet. If that sounds like the right kind of hard, we'd love to talk.

Your key responsibilities are to:

• Create AI-driven service concepts, re-design business-critical workflows with a human-centered approach and design visions for impactful AI-transformations

• Facilitate co-creation with clients to bring AI solutions from vision to execution

• Drive adoption by designing for behavioural change, employee experience, and successful human-AI collaboration

• Support sales with compelling transformation narratives and design visions

• Contribute to the development of design capabilities, methods, and thought leadership within the organisation

What we expect from you:

• 8+ years in service design, UX, or strategic design roles

• Experience in AI/data-centric projects and cross-functional business collaboration

• Strong capabilities in user research and service design methodology, process design is an advantage

• Strong communication skills in English. Finnish skills are considered as an advantage
