We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation & Marketing Email Specialist to identify potential clients, build prospect databases and execute targeted email campaigns to generate qualified business leads.

Responsibilities

→Research and identify potential B2B clients across relevant industries.
→Generate and maintain targeted prospect databases using LinkedIn, Apollo and other platforms.
→Identify key decision-makers and obtain accurate contact information.
→Plan and execute cold email and email marketing campaigns.
→Draft personalised marketing emails, follow-ups and lead-nurturing sequences.
→Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, response rates and conversions.
→Maintain lead trackers and share qualified leads with the Business Development team.
→Prepare regular reports on lead generation and campaign performance.

1–3 years of experience in lead generation or email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar tools.
Understanding of B2B prospecting and cold email strategies.
Strong research, analytical and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
