Gym & Spa Receptionist - Cowshed Amsterdam

At Soho House the Gym Reception is responsible for a variety of front desk tasks, such as welcoming, signing in and directing members and guests as well as taking phone calls, answering questions, handling correspondence, and keeping the reception area clean and well-organized. A Gym Reception team member is friendly personable, familiar with gym equipment, communicating efficiently and has good computer skills. WEare looking for someone who can work parttime (3-4 days per week) or fulltime.

• Must have experience answering high-volume phone lines and answering inquiries professionally, timely and to the best of your abilities.
• Previous experience with Opera/Salesforce is beneficial
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• You are flexible to work on weekends
