Ensure timely and accurate delivery of drinks and food orders to guests. Maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, even during high-volume periods. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and casino specifications. Demonstrate expertise in mixing a wide range of cocktails, mixed drinks, and other beverages. Ensure that all beverages are made with attention to quality, taste, and presentation. Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions. Ensure that all financial transactions are correctly recorded in the system. Handle tips and gratuities in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glasses, and disposing of trash. Ensure the bar is fully stocked with necessary ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and equipment. Monitor the cleanliness of the bar, including floor areas, equipment, and storage spaces, throughout shifts. Keep track of bar inventory, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes, and inform management when supplies are running low. Assist with restocking supplies and properly storing items. Report any damaged or broken equipment to management promptly. Follow all legal and company guidelines regarding the service of alcohol, including verifying the age of guests and ensuring guests are served responsibly. Monitor guests for signs of intoxication and take appropriate action, including refusing service or involving security if necessary. Adhere to all local regulations related to alcohol service and safety. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly, calmly, and professionally. Resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest, escalating to a supervisor or manager if necessary. Maintain composure and professionalism even during stressful or busy times. Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and food runners to ensure smooth operations and efficient service. Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate service and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in training new bartenders or other team members when needed. Creates and promotes bar specials, seasonal drinks, events, and new menu items for guests. Assist with event preparation and breakdown as needed, ensuring service runs smoothly during high-traffic periods. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and health regulations. Ensure that all glassware, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized before use. Follow all safety procedures, including handling hazardous materials like cleaning products and handling equipment safely.
