Concierge Intern

The Concierge Intern at Solaire Resort Entertainment City will gain hands-on experience supporting the Concierge and Hotel Services team in delivering personalized, seamless, and five-star guest experiences. Designed for hospitality students, this program provides comprehensive exposure to front-of-house operations, guest assistance, luggage and cloakroom services, and daily hotel service standards. Working under the guidance of experienced hotel professionals, the intern will support guest requests, maintain service readiness, and contribute to efficient and courteous operations within a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Guest Service & Assistance: Welcome and assist guests with a warm, courteous, and professional approach, while responding to routine inquiries and providing appropriate assistance or referrals. Concierge & Hotel Services Support: Assist Concierge Agents with daily operational requirements, particularly during peak periods and high-occupancy days, to ensure seamless and efficient guest service. Luggage & Guest Belongings: Support the proper handling, tagging, safekeeping, and retrieval of guest luggage and personal belongings with accuracy and care. Service Area Readiness: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of Concierge, cloakroom, and other designated guest service areas according to company standards. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Education & Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism Management, Cruise Line Operations, Hotel and Restaurant Administration, or a related field. Internship Availability: Must have no concurrent academic classes during the internship semester and be available to complete a minimum of 600 hours. Technical & Operational Skills: Basic knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and front-of-house service standards. Soft Skills: Verbal and written communication, active listening, attention to detail, organization, and time management. Personal Attributes: Professional etiquette and grooming standards, courteous and service-oriented demeanor, adaptability, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
