Product Manager, OLG

Own a product area end to end: define the roadmap, write the specifications, work daily with engineering through delivery, run UAT, and stand behind the commercial outcome. Work directly with engineering on data models, API contracts and system behaviour. You will be expected to make trade-o calls yourself rather than escalating each one. Manage third-party and vendor relationships where your area depends on them. Casino and game operations systems, including operational back office and studio/floor-side tooling Distribution and cash-handling models used across Asian markets Platform and partner-facing systems, including supplier-side or aggregator experience Payments, banking and third-party technical integrations Loyalty, bonusing and player lifecycle systems Land-based to online product bridging Experience with international online operators serving Asian markets — particularly operators running multi-jurisdiction or o shore models, where product had to work across payment, language and regulatory boundaries. This background is preferred over candidates whose experience is limited to a single tightly regulated Western market. Alternatively, strong platform-side experience with a gaming supplier or aggregator. Requirements 5+ years in product within online gaming/casino with clear ownership of a live, revenue-generating product. A track record of shipping: systems they specified and launched, and what those systems delivered commercially. Strong technical fluency. Comfortable with APIs, integrations, wallets, reporting and back-o ice systems — not just player-facing UI. Numerate. Can read GGR, hold, turnover, conversion and retention data and act on it. Able to operate in a fast, under-built environment. We are building the function; there is no mature process to inherit. Mandarin — top preference. Professional working proficiency, spoken and written. A large share of our supplier base, studio partners and platform vendors operate in Mandarin, and the ability to work with them directly, read their documentation and sit in their meetings without a translator carries real weight in these roles. Treat this as a leading criterion when building the shortlist, not a nice-to-have at the bottom of the list. Fluent business English, written and spoken — this is the working language internally, and is required alongside Mandarin.
