Quality Assurance Tester

Test Planning & Test Case Creation – Able to prepare comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on business and system requirements. Functional & UAT Testing – Able to perform end-to-end testing of web applications, mobile applications, Back Office systems, APIs/integrations, and newly developed features. Regression Testing – Able to validate that new deployments, enhancements, and bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality. Integration Testing – Able to test and validate integrations between internal systems, payment providers, third-party services, APIs, and other platforms. Bug Identification & Reporting – Able to identify, reproduce, and properly document defects, including reproduction steps, expected and actual results, and supporting evidence. Defect Tracking & Retesting – Able to coordinate with developers and vendors, monitor defect progress, validate fixes, and perform retesting before ticket closure. Production Validation – Able to conduct post-deployment and production checks to confirm that released features and integrations are functioning correctly. Issue Investigation & Root Cause Coordination – Able to investigate reported system issues and transaction discrepancies, gather supporting evidence, and coordinate with relevant teams for root cause identification and resolution. Test Documentation & Reporting – Able to maintain clear testing documentation, UAT results, defect reports, testing progress, and system readiness/status reports. Cross-Team Coordination – Must be comfortable coordinating with Developers, Product/Business Teams, Operations, Customer Service, Payment Teams, and external/third-party providers. Release & Go-Live Support – Able to support deployments, application releases, system migrations, and go-live activities, including pre- and post-deployment validation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in software QA/testing; or equivalent Knowledge of software testing principles and QA processes Experience in functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Ability to create and execute test cases and test scenarios. Familiarity with defect/bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
