We are seeking an energetic, production-driven Junior Web & Graphic Designer (1–3 years of experience) to join our agency team. In this role, you will work directly alongside our leadership and account teams to produce high-volume, high-quality digital assets and landing page edits across a diverse client portfolio.
This position is ideal for an execution-focused designer who excels at turning creative briefs into clean, pixel-perfect collateral quickly. You will receive structured direction, clear specifications, and brand guidelines, allowing you to focus on production velocity, template customization, and visual asset creation.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Digital Asset Creation: Produce high-converting digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, display ads, promotional banners, email templates, and sales collateral.
- →Web & Landing Page Edits: Perform routine layout updates, content swaps, and UI tweaks across client websites and landing pages using Figma, Webflow, and WordPress.
- →Workflow & Task Management (Monday.com): Actively manage daily task boards, status updates, and task handoffs inside Monday.com—our core project management platform—ensuring clear visibility and on-time deliverables.
- →Brand Consistency: Strictly adhere to client brand guidelines, design systems, and visual standards to ensure brand integrity across all deliverables.
- →Creative Production & Versioning: Handle high-volume resizing, formatting, and file exports for multi-channel digital campaigns.
- →Team Collaboration: Receive task briefs and feedback from creative directors, marketing leads, and account managers, managing revision loops efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or Visual Content Specialist (agency experience is a major plus).
- Project Management Tools: Hands-on experience working in Monday.com is essential. Working knowledge of this platform is how we breathe every day to keep agency projects moving seamlessly.
- Core Software Stack: Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and basic familiarity with web platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or Canva.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, grid systems, color theory, digital layout balance, and responsive design basics.
- Portfolio Required: A portfolio demonstrating clean digital design work, visual hierarchy, ad creative production, and web asset layouts.
- Communication & English Fluency: Excellent written and verbal English skills to understand creative briefs, document updates, and communicate effectively with US team members.
- Timezone & Setup: Ability to work full-time hours aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) in a dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet.
