We are seeking an AI Implementation Engineer to help design, build, optimize, and deploy AI-powered business systems and automations across a growing commercial real estate organization.

This person will serve as the architect responsible for building scalable workflows, integrations, automations, AI agents, and operational systems that improve efficiency, lead generation, client communication, and internal processes.

The ideal candidate has experience implementing AI systems within real businesses and can translate business objectives into practical workflows.

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows
• Build scalable automation frameworks
• Develop AI-assisted business processes
• Identify opportunities for automation across departments
• Create documentation for all systems and workflows

• Configure and optimize GoHighLevel environments
• Build CRM automations
• Create pipeline workflows
• Implement lead nurturing sequences

• Build automations using:

• Train internal team members on systems
• Create SOPs and documentation
• Ensure workflows can be maintained internally
• Support transition from implementation to operations ownership

• 3+ years building automation systems
• Advanced GoHighLevel experience
• Experience with AI agents and workflow automation
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture
• Experience integrating multiple software platforms
• Experience with API-based workflows
• Excellent documentation skills
• Strong problem-solving ability

• Real estate industry experience
• Experience implementing AI within sales organizations
• Experience building lead generation systems
• Experience with SMS and email automation
