About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and reliable AR Specialist / Bookkeeper to support our growing team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for managing invoice processing, accounts receivable (AR), and assisting with various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, solid communication skills in English, and the ability to work independently while adhering to Eastern Standard Time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and send invoices based on results from account dashboards
Manage and track accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.
Assist with accounting tasks, including collecting and labeling receipts for QuickBooks.
Provide occasional client interaction via email regarding invoicing (non-extensive client-facing role).
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial records and reports.

Candidate Qualifications:

2-3+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable and bookkeeping (adjusted to budget constraints).
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience using QuickBooks and basic accounting software.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
Located in Latin America for time zone alignment is preferred.
Not an entry-level position; candidates should be able to hit the ground running.
