Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

We are a growing, full-service property management firm. We pride ourselves on delivering responsive, high-touch support to our tenants while maximizing value for property owners. We believe that clear communication, fast follow-ups, and making tenants feel heard are the cornerstones of successful property management.

We are seeking a proactive, communicative, and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team remotely.

In this role, you will serve as the primary remote point of contact for our tenants, taking ownership of day-to-day communications, rent collections, lease renewals, tenant onboarding, and leasing coordination. By managing incoming inquiries and front-line administrative workflows, you will free up our on-site Property Manager to address field operations, vendor coordination, and high-level maintenance needs.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service or hospitality experience, possesses a empathetic yet firm communication style, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
