About the Role

The Bilingual Financial & Real Estate Investment Analyst is an independent, hands-on role designed to support our investment pipeline and core financial operations. This position combines comprehensive financial analysis, pre-investment due diligence, market demand studies, and daily accounting functions. Tailored for a proactive self-starter who requires minimal supervision, this role bridges analytical rigor with operational execution to ensure data-backed investment decisions and maintain pristine financial records.

Responsibilities

• Financial & Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities, run scenario modeling, and assess financial returns, risks, and market demand to support strategic decision-making.
• Market Research & Due Diligence: Conduct detailed market studies, monitor industry and real estate trends, and deliver actionable findings to internal leadership ahead of acquisitions.
• Accounting Operations & Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting duties, including bookkeeping support, tax-related coordination, reimbursement tracking, and general financial administration.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare clear, accurate financial statements, variance reports, and operational summaries for internal review.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners across regions to ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and smooth transaction execution.
• Autonomous Execution: Drive assigned analytical and accounting projects independently from inception to completion with minimal direct oversight.

• Language Skills: Full professional bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal) is required to engage with stakeholders and review market data.
• Technical Background: Solid foundation in finance, accounting, or real estate investment analysis with proven competence in financial modeling and pre-investment evaluation.
• Accounting Knowledge: Strong practical grasp of general ledger maintenance, tax compliance support, bookkeeping, and expense tracking workflows.
• Research & Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to gather raw market data, evaluate competitive landscapes, and structure data-driven feasibility reports.
• Core Competencies: High level of self-sufficiency, precision, and the capability to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding in a remote setup.

Preferred Experience

• Professional or cultural background/heritage facilitating native-level familiarity with Mandarin-speaking business environments.
• Working proficiency or conversational fluency in Spanish is an asset.
• Prior hands-on experience in real estate development, private equity, or commercial asset management.
