Responsibilities

→Maintain accurate financial records by recording day-to-day transactions and updating the general ledger.
→Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
→Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation of bank statements.
→Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
→Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial reporting.
→Track and categorize revenue from radio spot sales and digital marketing services.
→Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
→Handle payroll reconciliation and approve expense reports.
→Forward all invoices to the Accounts Payable Manager for processing.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
4-10 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related role.
Proficiency in accounting software (preferably NetSuite) and strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication abilities.
