Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain client records, medical documentation, and case-related correspondence.

  • Track and manage case deadlines, hearings, and appointments using legal case management software.

  • Ensure all filings and submissions are completed accurately and on time.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.

  • Communicate empathetically and professionally to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, and external stakeholders to gather information and support case strategy.

  • Manage calendars for attorneys, ensuring hearings, conferences, and deadlines are scheduled appropriately.

  • Draft and send correspondence to clients, providers, and opposing counsel as needed.

  • Support attorneys in preparing case files for litigation, mediation, or settlement.

Requirements
