Responsibilities

Organize and maintain client records, medical documentation, and case-related correspondence.

Track and manage case deadlines, hearings, and appointments using legal case management software.

Ensure all filings and submissions are completed accurately and on time.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.

Communicate empathetically and professionally to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.

Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, and external stakeholders to gather information and support case strategy.

Manage calendars for attorneys, ensuring hearings, conferences, and deadlines are scheduled appropriately.

Draft and send correspondence to clients, providers, and opposing counsel as needed.

Support attorneys in preparing case files for litigation, mediation, or settlement.
Requirements

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
